Round-2 pick after operator feedback: A's accents win, B's base under review. C is the hybrid —
boas.dev neutral black + alpha borders carrying the full pantheon accent set (mint phosphor,
desaturated alert/fault, slate dormant, brass arc). Same markup both sides; shipping either is
a one-file swap in global.css + tailwind signal hexes.

Round 1 (A · full pantheon cockpit, blue-tinted void #05070A + stepped solid
borders) is retired from this view per operator feedback — its accents survive in C. Shared and
unchanged either way: JetBrains Mono, dark-only, 4px radius, tabular numerals, caps-label tracking
+0.12em, pulse-slow only, prefers-reduced-motion respected. Shipping C: swap the var block in
src/dashboard/styles/global.css + the 5 signal hexes in tailwind.config.js,
and update pantheon.brand.json palette in the same commit (drift rule pins the two).
