Themis was doing two jobs under one roof — running a scheduling product for humans and tracking tasks for agents. They shared a board, a name, and a code repo. We pulled them apart. Zero overlap.

Fleet task tracking — renamed, cleaned
Created #26 boas.dev Scheduling and moved all 61 human-scheduling issues off the shared board. Nine epics, fifty-two tasks.
The planned PM tool needed Claude Code to run — agent PM must not. The earlier fleet ratification was superseded. Agent PM stays plain GitHub Projects.
Board #8 became "Agent PM" — pure task tracking. Obsolete CCPM-test items removed; eviction of cross-fleet items held until owners re-home them.
The GitHub API can populate data but can't configure views — two clicks in the board UI finish it:
