Compress fix — fold the prose, shrink the box

True sidebar width (240px). Before = what's live now (verdict sentence still on the face + double padding → cramped, taller). After = the verbose verdict sentence and the cadence fold into the hover popover; resting shows only the status chip + dated rows + the timezone line. Padding nets to the original 22px so nothing re-wraps.
